Michail Markov
The Netherlands
Was a deputy director and piano teacher at the famous Moscow Gnessin Special School for musically gifted children in Russia. Since 1991, the musician has been living in the Netherlands where he has continued his successful combination of teaching and musical performances. M. Markov is the founder and the artistic leader of the International Piano Competition for Young Musicians in Enschede, the Netherlands.

He enjoys successful career worldwide as a pianist and has appeared in recital and with orchestras including the Windstrings Orchestra, Wyoming Symphony Orchestra, Yale Philharmonia Orchestra, Belgrade Philharmonics, Belgrade Radio- Television Orchestra, Voyvodina Philharmonics, Yale Repertory Orchestra, and many others.

Barbara Szczepanska

Barbara Szczepanska was born in Warsaw and graduated of the Chopin Academy in Warsaw.
Postgrauate piano studies with Victor Mierzhanov, Tschaikovsky Conservatory Moscow, followed. The Oeuvre of Fryderyk Chopin and the piano sonatas of Joseph Haydn and Ludwig van Beethoven belong to the core repertory of Barbara Szczepanska. Concert tours led the pianist trough Poland, Hungary, the former Soviet Union, Spain, Italy and Gemany. She played with renowned orchestras but also made her reputation as solist and as chamber musician.

Francesco Monopoli

‘I like his way of thinking the Music‘ said about him the conductor C. M. Giulini, after his performance of Diabelli Variations of Beethoven. Born in Barletta, he graduated with distinctions at Bari Conservatory of Music, studying with the Argentine pianist H. Pell. After he had advanced studies with M. Marvulli, S. Perticaroli and M. Curcio Diamond. He performed more than 500 piano recitals all over the world. Winner of several national and international piano competitions, he was awarded the Chair of Piano Competition at the Music Institute of Teramo.
