Started to play piano at the age of 3 with Prof. father – Jose Bettencourt da Camara.

Since 1998 till 2006 has studied at the Lisbon National with Prof. Leonor Alvim, Anne Kaasa and Carla Seixas.

Since 2006 till now has studied at the Royal College of Music with Prof. Ruth Nye.

Attended masterclasses of Aldo Ciccolini, Dmitri Bashkirov, Vladimir Viardo, Sequeira Costa, Galina Eguiazarova.

Received 1st prize winner of Concurso de Piano Cidade do Fund?o, 1999.

Received 1st prize winner of Curso de Piano Cidade do Fund?o, 2000.

Received 1st prize winner of Concurso de Piano Maria Cristina Lino Pimentel, 2001.
