In October 2013, the IPC Foundation will organize an International Music Festival in the context of the Netherlands-Russia Year 2013.
The festival aims to draw attention to the great Russian music traditions and their influence on Dutch music life. The IPC Foundation contributes to a broad cultural program in the country of the Netherlands-Russia Year.
During the festival, not only concerts but also masterclasses will be given by leading musicians from the ‘Russian school’ from home and abroad. Masterclasses for piano and violin are intended for all interested parties: music school students, conservatory students and amateurs.
Also planned are public masterclasses with pianists – winners of the Piano Competition in Enschede 2012.
International Music Festival will be held from 14 to 20 October 2013 in the Arkezaal of the Muziekcentrum in Enschede, in the Waterstaatskerk in Hengelo, in the Muziekschool Twente and in the ‘Koetshuis’ in Oldenzaal.
