‘I like his way of thinking the Music‘ said about him  the conductor C. M. Giulini, after his performance of Diabelli Variations of Beethoven. Born in Barletta, he graduated  with distinctions at Bari Conservatory of Music, studying with the Argentine pianist H. Pell. After he had advanced studies with  M. Marvulli, S. Perticaroli, and  M. Curcio Diamond. He performed  more than 500 piano recitals all over the world. Winner of several national and international piano competitions, he was awarded the Chair of Piano Competition at the Music Institute of Teramo. He has made several recordings for National Radio and Television, recorded a LP with songs by Liszt with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Bacau and made a video-cd with the National Symphony Orchestra of Taiwan, with the 2nd Concerto by Rachmaninov. He has given public master classes at the National Normal University in Taipei (Taiwan), the NTSO in Taichung, the Ecole Normale in Paris, Tirana (Albania), Russia (Moscow and Samara), Tokyo (Japan) and various cities of Italy. He recorded performances for the Italian National Radio, for the RAI television and various CDs in Italy, Romania and Taiwan. He takes courses at the Ecole Normale in Paris and at the Conservatory of Bari, holds a Master of Analysis on "The Concert for pf. and orchestra."  He taught in  public Master Classes in  Taiwan, Japan, Russian and Albania, at the Conservatory of Bari about ‘ The Concerto for Piano and Orchestra’. He is frequently member of juries of National and International Piano Competitions. He has a great chamber music experience and performed many concerts in Duo,  Trio, Quartet and Quintet in Italy, Germany, Romania , Spain and France, with famous chamber groups like Pfeifer Quartet, Accademia Quartet and Syrinx Trio and famous soloists like the flautist Antonio Amenduni, violinists Franco Mezzena and Chia Chun Lu and the cellist Giovanna Buccarella. He is even graduated in Composition (a pupil of O. De Lillo, F. Sarno and T. Procaccini) and he studied as Orchestra  Conductor with N. Samale. He wrote various compositions for piano, trio, chamber Orchestra and voice and Orchestra.                              From 2010 to 2013 was Director of the Conservatory "N. Piccinni" in Bari. Actually he is Professor of Piano at the Conservatory N. Piccinni" in Bari. For his artistic and organizing activity he was awarded the ’ Disfida di Barletta’ Prize in 1993,  the ’Telethon BNL’ Prize in 1994,' Opened Theatres ' Prize in 1999  and Award to the professionalism, in 2011.
Since 1984 he is Artistic Director of the Concert Season of Cultura e Musica G. Curci – Ets and of the International Competition ‘Young Musician – Città di Barletta’ and of the ‘International Piano Competititio Mauro Paolo Monopoli Prize’ member of the WFIMC of Geneve.
