International Music Festival 2013

International Music Festival 2013

In October 2013 the Foundation IPC is organising an International Music Festival under Netherlands - Russia Year 2013.

The Festival aims to put the great Russian music traditions under the spotlight. The Foundation IPC is thereby contributing to a wide cultural program in the country.

The concerts are provided by winners of the International Piano Competition in Enschede in recent years that have a Russian background.

Not only concerts but also master classes are given by leading musicians from the 'Russian school' from home and abroad during the festival.

Masterclasses for piano and violin are intended for all interested parties: musicschool students, consevatorium music students and amateurs.

The International Music Festival will be held from 14 to October 20, 2013 in the Arke Zaal of the Music Centre in Enschede, in the Waterstaatskerk in Hengelo, in the "Kaliber" Art School in Enschede and in the "Koetshuis" in Oldenzaal. Admission to all concerts and master classes are free.
